1. Acceptance

By using AMPE GHANA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Accounts and Access

AMPE GHANA uses Google or Apple sign-in for account access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device/account secure.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, abuse bugs, automate gameplay, attack multiplayer systems, or interfere with other players.

4. Content and Conduct

You must not use offensive, hateful, illegal, or abusive names/content. AMPE GHANA may limit or remove access for policy violations.

5. Ads and Purchases

The app may display ads. Optional paid features (including ad removal, if offered) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their billing/refund terms.

6. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including online services, matchmaking, and leaderboard features.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AMPE GHANA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use.
